These stunning “trompe-l’oeil”, highlight the potential of body art to liberate us from our bodies and open the doors to nocturnal journeys.

Just like a mask, sleep lays our daydreams on our faces enabling us to transform into what we want at night.
MONOCHROME SLEEP
In these creations we’re plunged into a universe composed of black and white. This contrasted world highlights the duality of our subconscious.
BETWEEN WORLDS
In our dreams we can aspire to anything we want. When we start waking up, reality catches up with us but our mind continues to dream on.
MAKE UP IS AN ART
Since the creation of MAKE UP FOR EVER in 1984 by Dany Sanz,
we have considered makeup as an art. Just like a painter works
with pigments, our Makeup Artists combine colors and textures
to create products that allow each one of us to express their
creativity. Our vision of beauty is thus plural: it invites us to share,
to reflect upon and to be a form of self-expression of our
deepest desires.
In 2022, the MAKE UP FOR EVER ACADEMY celebrated its 20th anniversary with an exhibition, “Nature Reconnection”, which showcased our students’ talent and their strong link to nature. This exhibition was a huge success around the world and for a very wide audience of all ages and cultures (over 150 000 visitors between Paris, New York, Shanghai, Taiwan….). This year we have the pleasure to present a new selection of artworks entitled Dreamland.
